For more than a decade now, the people of Kenya have been agitating for a complete overhaul of the Constitution of Kenya. Despite several efforts towards the review process, a new constitution is yet to be realized.

The political elite has successfully mismanaged the review process to the disadvantage of the people. It is not enough for members of parliament to blame the president for the failure to deliver a new constitution.
